Whether it’s personal training, yoga, health coaching or nutrition, working with you 1:1 is the best way for me to help you establish a healthy foundation for your life! We can do either on your own, or combined for best results. I will create a program tailor made just for you to give you the results you desire.


 
 

Health Coaching & Nutrition | $60/hour

Prior to our first session I will have you fill out a few forms so that I can customize your health coaching sessions right away to meet your needs. Whether its diet and nutritional help or stress relief and hormone balance I can help you on your way to feeling your best. My holistic approach will focus on your mind, body and soul to reach your desired goals.

Coaching/Personal Training Package | $550 This package includes 8 -1 hour fitness/coaching sessions with Jill. 2 half hour health coaching/nutrition sessions. One month unlimited on-demand and one month virtual zoom class access. Weekly check in’s and support.

I will create your own package option for those who would like to integrate both health coaching/nutrition and a form of training into their life. I love this option to maximize your results and really dig into a full body, mind and soul program.
