Health and fitness can be fun!  My mission is to inspire others to reach their true potential through exploring healthy eating, physical fitness and spirituality. 

My passion for fitness and health began as a child through competition in sports.  I love all forms of exercise and find enjoyment in all of them, but I found my biggest transformation through Yoga and Pilates.

I work with a full range of people with a focus on slimming down, feeling great and finding balance in the body and mind. By leveraging 20+ years of experience along with numerous fitness and nutritional trainings I customize an experience for each of my clients. I bring intensity, a smile and positive energy to every session. 

I grew up and currently live in the Rochester NY area with husband Chad, son Alex, a Sophomore at Mercyhurst University and daughter Abby who is a Senior at Victor High School.  When not working I enjoy running, hiking, boating and spending time with family, friends and my two dogs.

1:1 Health Coaching

Jill has studied health coaching and nutrition and holds specialization in hormone health and performance nutrition for athletes. Her holistic approach to health and nutrition includes incorporating movement, nutrition coaching and wellness education to improve overall health. As a mind/body practitioner she will also address mindset, meditation and stress management.
